I am the Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of The Educator Innovation Lab, where I help educators, schools, and educational leaders harness the power of artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, creativity, and design to transform teaching, learning, and leadership.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning instructional technology, school leadership, digital communication strategies, design, photography, and video systems, I specialize in translating complex frameworks into human-centered practical tools. I currently direct district-level AI integrations and support state steering committees to advance AI literacy.
